Orcera Now Syncs with Procore and Autodesk

For the past year, customers kept asking the same thing: "We use Procore for project management and Orcera for procurement. Why are we manually syncing data between them?"

Good point. So we built native integrations with both Procore and Autodesk Build.

What syncs automatically

From Procore/Autodesk into Orcera: project details (name, address, timeline), budget and cost codes, project team and approval workflows.

From Orcera back to Procore/Autodesk: purchase orders with full line items, vendor information, delivery dates and status updates, invoice matching results.

The real benefit isn't what you'd expect

Eliminating manual data entry is nice. But the actual win? PMs can see procurement status without leaving Procore.

Before: PM slacks procurement - "Did the electrical order ship?" After: PM checks Procore, sees "Shipped - arriving Tuesday" right there.

That eliminates 10+ interruptions per day for procurement teams.

Setup is straightforward

I walked a customer through this last week. The process: Go to Integrations in Orcera settings, authorize Orcera to access your Procore/Autodesk account via OAuth, map your projects between systems, choose what data to sync (start with just POs), enable sync. Done.

Takes about 15 minutes. Data starts flowing immediately.

You can backfill the last 90 days of POs during setup if you want immediate historical visibility.

One gotcha: cost code matching

Make sure cost codes match between systems before enabling sync. If Procore uses "03-Concrete" and Orcera uses "03.0000-Concrete", automatic mapping fails.

We have a cost code mapping tool that handles this. Takes about five minutes for a typical project.

Enterprise customers have access now. Professional customers can add it for $200/month (unlimited projects and users). Starter plan needs to upgrade to Professional first.

Next up: Sage 300 integration (Q1 2026), Foundation integration (Q2 2026), and deeper Procore integration so you can submit POs directly from within Procore. If you need another integration, let me know.
